The minimum mounting depth required is 1-1/8".

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect size shade, simply remove it from the box, take a picture of the actual headrail measurement with a metal tape measure, and provide it to the seller for review.

Your order will be shipped within 7-10 days, depending on your location within the United States. The product is covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

If you're having difficulty snapping the headrail into the bracket, ensure that the brackets are evenly aligned and leveled. Also, make sure the brackets are not set too far back into the window, allowing enough room to seat the headrail.
