Your order will be produced at the exact size ordered, and no additional deductions will be made. The headrail and bottom rail are color-coordinated to the shade, and the shades can be mounted on a door, in a bathroom, or a kitchen. The headrail is 1-5/8" deep, and the minimum mounting depth required is 1-1/8".

If you receive the incorrect size shade, please remove it from the box, take a picture of the measurement of the actual headrail with a metal tape measure, and provide it to the seller for review. Your shades should arrive between 7-10 days from your order date, depending on your location in the US, and they are covered for 3 years against manufacturer defects.

To process a return, please utilize your account purchasing center/orders. If you cannot get the headrail to snap into the bracket, ensure that the brackets are evenly aligned and leveled, and that they are not set too far back into the window, allowing enough room to seat the headrail into the bracket.
