MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS are provided to help customers with the installation process. For inside mounting, the window shade should be at least 1/4 inch smaller than the width of your window, and a minimum 2-inch window frame depth is required. For outside mounting, the cellular blind needs to be 2 inches wider and longer than the window width and length for better shading effect. Hardware is included for both inside and outside mounting.
