Installing Blinds Emporium Faux Wood Blinds With Ease This video will demonstrate how simple it is to install your new Blinds Emporium Of GA Window Blinds. The included top mount brackets are incredibly versatile and can be used in almost any application, whether mounted to window frames, walls, or even most arch type windows (the molding strip between panels - check with your window's manufacturer). Shortening Your Blinds Emporium Blinds This video will walk you through how to shorten your new Blinds Emporium Blinds. We sell three lengths here on Amazon - 48 inch, 64 inch, and 72 inch. Make sure you purchase a length that meets or exceeds your window length. If you purchase the right length, shortening your blinds is almost always unnecessary. However, if you would like to shorten them, the process is easy, just be sure not to cut the cords that run vertically.

Choosing The Right Size For Inside Mount For an inside mount, the width in the dropdown box should match the narrowest point of the inside of your window frame. We will make a 1/2" deduction at the factory. The length should match or exceed the length of your window frame.

For privacy and light control, choose a width that is 2-4 inches wider than the total area to be covered. Make sure the length matches or exceeds the area being covered. There is nothing behind the hole where the turning wand is inserted to.

Fixing a Shifted Turning Wand The turning wand mechanism likely shifted in transit. It rarely happens, but it's a quick and easy fix that we can walk you through.

Box Brackets vs. Included Brackets We do offer box brackets, however we highly recommend the ones provided. They are easier to install, versatile, and can be mounted just about anywhere.

Tips for Purchasing Your New Window Treatments Double check your measurements, and don't assume all windows in your home are the same size. Each should be measured individually. Make sure you watch the video we have provided for how to properly measure.
